1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by directly contacting our support team.
- A deposit or full advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the service, unless agreed otherwise.
- Payments are non-refundable once the service has started, except where otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Refund eligibility depends on the notice period, type of service, and supplier policy.
- Travel With Sunrise reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen events (such as weather disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, or unavailability of accommodations).
- In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund, as applicable.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking details.
- You must arrive at the designated pickup or meeting point on time.
- Any inappropriate behavior, property damage, or violation of local laws may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings during travel.
- Passengers are required to comply with all safety rules and instructions provided by our drivers or travel representatives.
6. Safety and Vehicle Standards
- All vehicles are regularly maintained and safety inspected.
- Only qualified, trained, and background-verified drivers are assigned to customer trips.
- Our services include GPS tracking and emergency response options for enhanced passenger security.
7. Service Modifications
Travel With Sunrise reserves the right to modify service routes, vehicles, pricing, or schedules at any time with reasonable notice.
Changes may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, road restrictions, or operational requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to ensure your travel experience is safe and pleasant, Travel With Sunrise will not be held liable for:
- Any personal injury, property loss, or damage not directly resulting from our negligence.
